UNSENSIBLE, adj. Destitute of sense or reasoning power (Sc. 1825 Jam.; Cai. 1904 E.D.D.). Now only dial. in Eng.Sc. 1814 M. Brunton Discipline xxii.:
The poor lad was not so unsensible, but he knew to do his bidding. No' that he's unsensible, except when a notion takes hnn.
