Lesed, p.p. and ppl. a. Also: lessed, lesit, lees'd; leised; leas(e)d. [d. L. læsus p.p. of lædere to hurt. Only Sc.]
Chiefly of persons: That has suffered lesion (Lesioun n. 2), injured in one's property or rights, prejudiced. Also of one's reputation. b. (The) party (also person) lesed, the injured party.(1) 1678 Mackenzie Laws & C. ii. xxix. § 6. (1678) 520.
A minor cannot be restored except he shew that he was circumveened or lees'd by his confession 1685 Decis. Lords F. 73.
