Elrich(e, Elrage, a. Also: elrych, -ritche, -rische, -rish, -resche; alrich(e, -risch(e, -rish(e, -reche, -rege; elraige, -rege. [Possibly repr. OE. *ælf- or *elfríce ‘fairy kingdom’, used attributively. In later dial. as eldritch.]
