Liferentar, n. Also: lif-, lyf(e)-, lyff-, lyif-; live-, lyv(e)-; lyfve- and -renttar, -renter, -air. A person who enjoys a liferent (Liferent,n. 1 b, also rarely 1 c).(a) 1535 Reg. Privy S. II. 259/1.
