Liquidat, ppl. a. Also: -ate. [Liquidat,p.p., v.; only Sc.] Of a payment due, price, value etc.: Fixed or assessed by decree or by agreement at a definite monetary sum; definitely or exactly specified in advance. 1565 Instit. Ct. Sess. 20 b.
