Recur(e, -cuir, Recour, v. [ME and e.m.E. rekure (Wyclif), e.m.E. also recoure (Spenser), L. recūrāre, also, in part, contracted var. of Recover v, also e.m.E. rekure, to redress or repair (a wrong) (1536).]
