Harang, Harrang, n. Also: harrange, (harran(d), harrance); harraing, harrayng, harring (hairing); herang. [F. harange (16th c.), med. L. harenga; also OF. arenge Arang n. In e.m.E. from c 1600.] A speech addressed to an assembly; a formal speech or address.(a) 1533 Boece v. vii. 178.
