Obtenare, -teinar, -teanar, n. Also: optenar, oupteinar. [e.m.E. obtayner (1540). -teyner (a 1548).] One who obtains or procures (something). Also appositive with partie. —(1) 1531 Rec. Earld. Orkney 214.
