Ratiocinative, adj. Also: (ratiocitnative). [e.m.E. ratiocinatiue (a1625), F. ratiocinatif (14th c.), L. ratiōcinātīv-]. (A conjunction) implying a relation based upon reasoning. — c1616 Hume Orthog. 33.
