Sacrat, Sacart, n. [ME and e.m.E. sacret(te (c1400), F. sacret, dimin. of sacre (see Saker n.), the male of the ‘sacre’ species of falcon.] A type of cannon; ? a smaller kind of sacre (Saker n.). Also attrib. —1558 Treas. Acc. X 438.
