Tabillar, Tablar, n. Also: tabular(e, -er. [L. tabulārius; Tabill v. 2 b.] The officer responsible for entering actions, etc. on the roll of matters to be dealt with in a court.1517 Acta Conc. Publ. Aff. 92.
