Uberior, adj. Also: wberior. [L. ūberior, compar. of ūber.] In legal usage: In (the maist) uberior form, in a fuller (the fullest possible) form. —1545 Grant Chart. 95.
It salbe lesum the said conthrak to be extendit in the maist vberior forme practitak or speculatiue … as men of law can dewis 1546 Perth Guildry 517 (2 Nov.).
But fraude or gile in vberior form gif neid beis to be extendit for the securite of the saidis personis 1550 Breadalbane Doc. I No. 76.
That this present apointment be extendit in the maist wberior and ampill forme that can be diuisit 1589 St. A. B. Ct. 6 May.
