Now shall ye see the kaipstone of that work wherof ye laid the foundation 1596 Calderwood V. 518.
Last of all, it putteth on the kepstone 1667 Lamont Diary 196.
By the fall of a keap stone … of some lodging his head was bruised in to peices c 1719 R. Ker in Bk. Pasquils 313.
