Misknaw, v. Also: misknaw(e, -knau, mysknaw. P.t. mis-, mysknew, mysknow. P.p. misknawin, -knauen, mysknawin, mis-, mysknaw. [North. ME. (? once only) misknawen p.p. (Cursor M.) ? felt regret, and cf. ME. and e.m.E. mis-, mysknowe (see Misknow v.). Appar. chiefly Sc.] = Misken v.
1. tr. To be ignorant or unaware (of). Also absol.Const. noun or clause object: cf. Knaw v.1 13 and 15.(1) 14.. Acts I. 328/2.
