Oukly, Oulkly, Olkly, a. Also: owk-, houk-, owlk-, wk-, ulk- and -lye, -lie, -le(y. [Cf. Woukly.] Weekly. a. Of payments, allowances or the like.Oukly penny, the weekly contribution to the funds of a craft made by its freemen. (Cf. also oukis penny, Ouk n. 3.) Oukly halfpenny, a similar smaller contribution by journeymen of the craft.(1) 1543 Edinb. B. Rec. II. 113.
