Outintounis-, Outtintounisman, n. Also: out(t)en-, owtin-, and -townes-, -eis-, -touns-, -towns-. [Outintounis a.] A man from outside the town. (Appar localised only to Glasgow and Rothesay.) 1556 Glasgow Bakers 59.
