(Pin-,) Pynourschip, n. Pinour n.¹ Cf. Pinorie n.] In Perth and Edinburgh: The office or duties of a licensed or official ‘piner’ (= Pinour n.¹ 1) of the burgh. — 1504 Perth Guildry 469 (28 Nov.).
The prouest & baillies has set thair pynourschip & gait dichteing … for a ȝere to William Kingorn & Androv Storour 1511 Ib. 479 (10 Nov.).
