Secund sicht, Second sicht, -sight, n. [Cf. Gael. an dà shealladh ‘the two sights’, also Eng. (a1700), and common in later Sc.] The power of seeing distant, future or supernatural events, or an instance of this; second sight. Also man of the second sight. = Sear n.(1) 1595 Highland P. I 167.
