Angl.), only translating L. stabulārius, OF establier (12th c. in Greimas), med. L. stabularius, -aria (c1270, c1325 in Latham) a stable-man or -woman.] A keeper of a (livery) stable; a stable-man or -woman.(1) 1497 Aberd. B. Rec. I 62.
