Postrum, -rome, -rem, n.1 Also: posterum. [Sc. form corresp. to Postern(e n., Postroun(e n., with altered ending.] A back or side door; a private door; a door or gate other than the main entrance.Also comb. in postrum porte, ȝet, id.(a) ?1438 Alex. ii 3681.
