Quhatsumever, pron. and adj. Also: qwhat-, quwhat-, qwat(e)- and -sumevir, -sumevyr, -sumewer, -sumewir, -sumewyr, -somever, -evir, -samour, -scoumever; qwhatsome evir; whatsumever, -ewer. [North ME quat-sum euer (Cursor M.), what sum euer (c 1400), late ME and e.m.E. what some euer (c 1400), f. north. ME quat sum Quhatsum adj. Variously written as one, two or three words.]Cf. I. The compound relative pron. in indefinite sense.
