BJOKL, BJOKKEL, Bjochel, n. [′bjɔkəl, ′bjɔxl]
1. A bump, bunion.Sh. 1908 Jak. (1928):
A b[jokl] on de foot.
2. A prominent knee-joint (on certain animals, as cattle, sheep).Ib.:
De lamb gengs (goes) on its bjokkels (when the foot is too weak).

In Du[nrossness] “a bjochel” denotes a weak, incapable person, esp. a person with a bad gait, weak in the knee-joints.
