COGGLETY-CURRY, n. comb. A see-saw. MacTaggart in his Gallov. Encycl. (1824) 140 gives the form coggle-te-carry.Uls. 1901 J. W. Byers in North. Whig:
A favourite source of amusement to an Ulster lad is a “cogglety-curry,” or “shuggy-shoo'” made by placing a plank across a barrel or log of a tree.
