DISPLEESURE, v. Sc. form of arch. Eng. displeasure, to displease, annoy. The form as n. is Gen.Sc.Dmf. 1898 J. Paton Castlebraes 38:
Haith, Laird, but ye'll no displeesure me, say what ye wull in praise o' oor wee Bell!

[O.Sc. has displesour, -ure, etc., from 1489, but only as a n.]
