DULAPSE, n. A second lapse.Kcb. 1781 Session Minutes Rerrick Par. Ch. (5 June):
If any offender is obstinate and troublesome to the Church Judicatory, or likewise, if he is guilty of a dulapse, such an offender shall on conviction be likewise publicly rebuked.
