GLURGIS, n. “A dirty mixture, an unpalatable mixture — spec. of some thick, soft substance” (Ork. 1929 Marw.). [′glʌrgɪs]Ork. 1929 Marw.:
“A glurgis o' milk an' meal”, i.e. mixed too thick and thus unpalatable.
