INBIGGET, ppl.adj. Also -big(g)it; inn(Jak.). Selfish, morose, reserved, obstinate, uncommunicative, introverted (Sh. 1825 Jam., 1914 Angus Gl., Sh. 1958). Applied to a person who has unshaken faith in himself and his opinions, pig-headed, egotistical (Sh. 1908 Jak. (1928)).
