KLETTER, n. Sh. form of Clatter, v. The chattering noise made by birds.Sh. 1886 G. Temple Britta 35:
A' da birds . . . skirlin', an' screamin', an' seemin' as gin they wud like to pick oot yer een frae yer head, but no' daurin' to do it, for a' da kletter they're makin' aboot it.
