I. n. A warm covering, a wrap, thick warm clothing, esp. a head-covering (Sh. 1866 Edm. Gl., 1914 Angus Gl.).Sh. 1894 Williamson MSS. (14 May):

II. v. To wrap oneself up carefully, esp. about the head, to be warmly dressed (Sh. 1866 Edm. Gl., 1914 Angus Gl., Sh. 1960).
