REQUISITION, n. Sc. legal usage: a demand by a creditor for repayment of a debt (Sc. 1946 A. D. Gibb Legal Terms 76).Sc. 1722 W. Forbes Institute I. IIL 17:
A wadset is extinguished by Consent of the Wadsetter only, when he requires Payment of his money. In this Requisition the same Solemnities are used.Sc. 1754 Erskine Principles II. viii. § 11:
