1. A blustering fellow (Rxb. 1825 Jam.); blustering empty talk, braggadocio (Id.)

2. A male flirt, a philanderer; “a giddy young fellow who runs from one sweetheart to another” (Jam.).s.Sc. 1825 Jam.:
