I. n. The sixth rejoinder in the pleadings after the defendant's first answer to the pursuer. See Quadruply, Quintuply, Reply.Sc. 1734 J. Spotiswood Hope's Practicks 30:
The Process extends to Quadruply, Quintuply, Sextuply, etc., according to the various circumstances of the Plea.

II. v. To answer in a sextuply, to make a sixth rejoinder.Sc. 1770 Session Papers, Macdonald v. Macleod State of Process 157:
Sextuplied, the doers for Sir James did fairly and honestly point out to the commissioners, what they understood to be the marcn.
