FISKARROE, adj. “Unlike or unbecoming a practical fisher” (Sh. 1866 Edm. Gl.). [The root is obviously Norw. fiskar, a fisherman, but the formation and definition are not explained. The word may be a mistake on Edm.'s part for Fiskalile.]
