MAGGIE FAIR. At Garmouth in Moray on 30 June, said to be named after Lady Margaret Kerr, wife of the Laird of Innes, the superior of the land in the 1660's, and still held (Mry. 1955 Abd. Press & Jnl. (25 June), 1972 Northern Scot (1 July) 4).
