TRANSPLANT, v. Sc. usage: to remove a minister from one pastoral charge to another. Cf. Translate, Transport.Bnff. 1734 Boharm Parish Mag. (Oct. 1895):
The Minister being to be transplanted on Tuesday to be minister at Urquhart.
