Mony was the “put an' row” wi' him ere he gat muckle audiscence, I can tell ye.
Abd.13 1914:
Jinse is awa t' see gin she get ony knittins aboot 'at merriage, bit a wyte she maybe wunna get muckle addiscence.
Abd.1 1931:
Muckle Kirsty cam' in wi' a clipe aboot the tailor's wife but a' gied her nae addiscence.
