BIKKER, n. A smuggling vessel.Ork. 1842 D. Vedder Poems 205:
An' lang afore daylight the fortunate dog Was safely on board o' a three-lugged bikker . . . Pang fu' o' gude tea, an' tobacco, an' liquor.

[This seems to be a variant of Buccar, q.v., a fast sailing-vessel used in the smuggling trade.]
