I think you have taken the Bumple feist. Spoken, with Contempt, of those who are become unreasonably out of humour.

[Bumple, a rumple or pucker + -feyst (pron. in Rxb. [fist], see Watson W.-B., Intro. p. 33). The second element has been variously identified with -faced, -feast, or -foist. Cf. Amplefeyst, Wimplefeyst, also Gumple-faced, Gumple-foisted.]
