‡KAT, n. Also ket. Something very small of its kind, a diminutive creature or thing (Ork. 1929 Marw., “a kat o' a ting”). The adj. use recorded in Ork. 1845 Stat. Acc.2 XV. 96 = dwarfish, worthless, is doubtful.
