I. n. Also in pl.: a sulky fit, the sulks (Cld. 1880 Jam.). Adj. strungie, sulky, pettish, quarrelsome (Ayr. 1825 Jam.).
II. v. To sulk, be sullen (Cld. 1880 Jam.).
