TEEPLE, n., v. [′tipəl]
I. n. A slight touch or stroke (Abd. 1825 Jam.); the game of marbles in which one player tries to drive his opponent's marble forward for as long as he can (Sh. 1972).
II. v. To touch or to strike lightly (Abd. 1825 Jam.); to hit one marble with another (Sh. 1972).
