Cuyr-, Curbulȝe, n. Also: qwyrbolle, curbulle; coyr-, corbulȝe. [ME. coerboylé (Lydgate), -buillé (c 1400), OF. cuir bouilli. Cf. ME quyrboilly, quereboly (Chaucer), OF quir bouli (14th c. in Littré).] Leather hardened by being boiled or soaked in hot water and dried. 1375 Barb. xii. 22.
