Din, Dyn, n. Also: dinn, dine, dyne. [ME. din(ne, dyn(ne, OE. dyn, and dine, OE. dyne.]
1. A loud confused noise. Sometimes coupled with synonymous terms, as noyis, etc.(1) ?1438 Alex. ii. 9249.
