Dungeoun, Dongeoun, n. Also: dwngeoune, -goun, dungeowne, -geon(e, -gioun; dongeon(e, -gion, donieone; downgeowne, doungeoun. Also irregular variant: dungering. [ME. dun-, doun-, dongeoun, -geon, etc., varr. of dun-, donjon, OF. donjon.]
