Osting, Oisting, vbl. n. Also: ostijng, -yng, -ying; oistening, oysting, -en; oosting. Plur. also oistence. [Ost n.1: cf. e.m.E. osting (1621, in reference to Ireland), and Hosting vbl. n.1]
