Quhether-sa, Quhethir-sa, conj. and pron. [Early ME, ME and late ME weðer-so (c1220), whethir-so (1389), obs. after 1426, OE swá hwæþer swá. Cf. Quhidder-sa.] Chiefly in early verse. a. conj. Whether. = Quhether conj. 2. b. pron. Whichever of the two. —a. 1375 Barb. iv 730 (E).
