Re-enter, -ir, v. Also: -inter. [e.m.E. and late ME reentre (1442), -er, f. re- and enter Enter v. and Inter v.1 Cf. F. rentrer (12th c.).] To re-enter, in various senses.
1. intr. To go, or come, back (in, within, a specified place, building, place of custody, etc.).Also const. adv. compl.1518 Fife Sheriff Ct. 135.
