Chopin, Choppin, n. Also: chopine, -ing, -yn, chopen(e, -ein(e, -eing, choipin; chopping, -ein(e, -ene, choippen, choppoun. [ME. chopyn (rare), OF. chopine. Cf. Schoppin and Chapin.]
