Grind, Grynd(e, v. P.t.: grand, grund. P.p.: grundin(g, -yn, grondine; groundin, -yn; grund(e, ground; grind (grinned); grindin(g; grinded, groundit. [ME. grynde(n, grinden (p.t. gro(o)nd, p.p. grounde(n)), OE. grindan (p.t. grand, grundon, p.p. gegrunden).]
