Vertuously, -eously(e, -wisly, adv. Also: -ououslye, -eu(o)slye, -uisly, wertusly, -uowsly, -eously, -uisly(e, -ie, virtiosly. [ME and e.m.E. vertuously (Wyclif), vertuosly (1422).]
